We want you to love your PeakHive fixture. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@peakhive.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at info@peakhive.store within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund with no return required.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-ordered or specially sourced fixtures cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Warranty
All PeakHive fixtures carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, contact us at info@peakhive.store and we will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
