Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If an item is out of stock or there are delays due to high demand, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified via email in such cases.
  • Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible after 24 hours. Please ensure all order details, including shipping address, are correct before finalizing your purchase.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, shipping times can vary depending on location, inventory availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays or customs processing.

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 30 business days, depending on inventory availability and destination.
  • Extended Shipping Delays: If an item is out of stock or demand is unusually high, orders may take 4 to 7 weeksfor delivery. We will notify customers if their order falls into this category.

4. Tracking Your Order

6. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages. In cases where the package is returned to us, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.
