Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days and arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order dispatches.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe. Shipping times and rates vary by destination. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@peakhive.store.
Products
What's included with each fixture?
Each fixture includes all mounting hardware, a ceiling canopy or wall plate (as applicable), LED light source where specified, and an instruction manual. Some products require an electrician for installation — this is noted in the product description.
Do I need an electrician to install?
Hardwired fixtures (pendant lights, wall sconces, ceiling lights) require a licensed electrician for installation. Plug-in and battery-powered products can be self-installed. We always recommend following local electrical codes.
Are your products dimmable?
Many products in our collection are dimmable — check the individual product listing for compatible variants. Dimmable products require a compatible LED dimmer switch (not all standard dimmer switches work with LED drivers).
What voltage do your products support?
Most products in our collection support universal voltage (110V-240V), making them compatible with electrical systems in the US, UK, Australia, and Europe. Voltage compatibility is noted in each product's technical specifications.
What warranty do your products carry?
All PeakHive fixtures carry a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at info@peakhive.store with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@peakhive.store. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your returned item. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
